There should be no need for your boyfriend to text other girls.

When two people are excited about each other, it is easy to get carried away with the excitement.

This is where you are texting him far more often than you should be.

You are excited about him and want to text him often so as to get that rush of excitement by having him text you back.

Dating is a two-way street, requiring two actively participating individuals to make it work.

That is how dating has always worked and the only way it can work.

Without that, what you have with him isn’t dating, not even close to it.

Finding out whether he works all day on the weekends gives you an idea about whether he is available to call or text you over the weekends.
