He said that he was 6’1 and had a shirtless selfie (not showing his face). When I met him in person, he was maybe 5’9 and not as muscular. Not to mention, he smelled super musky. I told him that I did not want to meet him again because I’m not interested. He lied about his appearance which was very shallow and uncalled for.

You shouldn’t give a second chance to a guy who lied about his height on a dating app.
If he is lying about his height, he is most likely lying about other things that he included in his dating profile.
Case in point, you noticed that he wasn’t as muscular as he was presenting himself to be either.
This means that you really can’t trust this guy. You can’t trust anything that he included in his dating profile nor anything that he may tell you in life.
You can’t build a healthy relationship with someone who is untrustworthy.
Lying about one’s appearance on a dating app is an absolute red flag and you should avoid people like this at all costs.
