A new girl has recently started working with me – she talks to me quote a bit when we see each other in the lunch room. I recently saw her on tinder and told her – “hey I saw you on tinder last night” – I then searched her on facebook that night to discover she had blocked me… (discovered this by searching on a mates facebook account)
A little confused as to why and would like some thoughts/do I say something/smooth over or make light of tinder etc?

Don’t say anything, what she does in her spare time is her business. Don’t think too much into it. See her at work talk and be cool. Don’t worry about it. Some people don’t like to mix their personal and professional life, nothing personal.
