This boy who I came across two years ago used to stare at he back in 2017, I Dmed him then he tried to get my attention by singing to my face, standing in front of me but never started a conversation. He wouldn’t ever look me in the eye when he was next to me and always seemed awkward. a month later he got into a relationship with a girl but still stared. This past year he stared and commented on a post of mine then and the end of the year randomly started waving to me and I’m trying to figure out, does he like me even though he’s in a relationship? How should I go about this?
