I dated this English guy for about one and a half months after seeing each other once a week for 6 months before. I had to come back to Latin America one month ago, and today I sent him a sexy text about how I enjoyed the night we got together, for which he replied “I already forgot it. It was so long ago”
What puzzles me out is that one day before we were talking about when we are going to see each other.
Did he feel offended? Did I somehow pressure him to say he was coming to see me and now regrets?
This is not the first time he ignores my sexy texts.
It’s unlikely that he felt offended by your sexy text.
He may have ignored it because he may be more turned off by the physical distance between the both of you now than by anything else.
Without being physically close to him like you were only a month ago, there may be a part of him that has become resentful with the lack of face to face interaction.
He didn’t necessarily feel that you were pressuring him to say that he was coming to see you and now regrets it. He may just get the sense that due to this long distance, there really isn’t much hope for this relationship or interaction anyway.
Hence, there may be a part of him that doesn’t even want to bother with continuing to communicate or making efforts to see you.
Even if he were to come and see you, he already knows that this would only be for a short time and he would have to depart at some point.
