When a guy says that he hates that he still has feelings for you or that he still loves you, it typically means that he wants to move on from you but he can’t help but keep thinking about you.
In other words, you keep coming into his thoughts whenever he is trying to go about his day or focus on other things.
In essence, he just can’t find a way to get you out of his mind no matter how hard he tries.
