Do I make a move or just ignore the feeling

So there’s this one guy in my class that I kinda like. He’s not really shy but not really talkative at the same time. I caught him like twice staring at me but he quickly looked away. I don’t know what to think about that.
I don’t know if I should approach him or just ignore the feeling and mind my own business. I really do think he’s cute. My friends tell me that he might like me but I don’t know because we never make eye contact. Like I said before he looks away whenever I catch him staring.

Reminds me of how i am with women, he is probably never going to ask you out himself because hes probably quite introverted so i think you should ask him out.

Got nothing to lose by doing so really.
