Again, they may totally love you.
However, they simply want to be sure before they say that they love you back.
If this person’s behavior has remained kind and attentive towards you since you told them that you love them, there is a good chance that they want to keep this relationship going.
They may simply be waiting for the right time to say that they love you back.
Try not to start acting any differently towards them so soon.
Again, doing something like this could ruin any goodwill that you had already built up with them.
If you were to act in this way, this person may worry that you are actually beginning to show your true colors as a person.
They may worry that this is how you would act if you don’t get what you want in a relationship.
This may make them become that much more cautious and even reluctant to say that they love you.
In time, they may even come to realize that though they have feelings for you, it may be to their benefit to stop dating you.
With this in mind, it is important that you continue being who you have always been to them, at least for some time.
Be patient.
If this is someone who truly cares about you, they will say that they love you when they are ready.
